These programs are short, sharp, early morning sessions featuring intense group learning combined with pre-work for people who are time poor but committed to personal growth.

 

Internal and extended programs are delivered on request for people wanting to go deeper.

It is not uncommon for someone to feel challenged in understanding what is expected from a leader as opposed to say, a manager or a subject matter expert. In these instances, the questions you have are individual and personal. Coaching is about working one-to-one to clarify direction, clear roadblocks, unlock potential, and fill the gaps between where you are and where you would like or need to be.

Coaching develops new perspectives and behaviours faster, more effectively, and with more depth of understanding than if people are left to move forward on their own.

​

The role of the coach is to ensure the client doesn’t lose sight of their agenda, to ask challenging and perceptive questions, and to provide a structure so that discovery and co-creative conversations can flourish.

Team synergy

Synergy is the creation of a whole that is greater than the simple sum of its parts. The term synergy comes from the Greek word meaning "working together".

 

Whether you are a board or an organisational leadership team the odds are there is room for improvement in how you execute your primary mandate.

We help you to: identify the elements that are in alignment when you are working at your best together; develop a better understanding of each others contribution and strengths can be leveraged; determine how successfully you respond to difficulties and set backs and how comfortable you are dealing with conflict; and to discuss and ratify your decision making and risk evaluation protocols.
